"You" refers to the customer using our website.

## Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We 
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases 
of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. 
Payment is processed securely at checkout — we accept major credit 
cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available.

## Pricing and availability

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock. If an 
error is discovered after you place your order, we will contact 
you to confirm the correct price. You have the right to cancel 
without penalty.

## Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to your 
address.

You have a 30-day right to return, in line with UK consumer law.

## Product accuracy

We do our best to display product colours, dimensions, and details 
accurately. However, on-screen colours may differ slightly from the 
actual product due to monitor calibration. Small variations in 
handmade or natural-material products are normal and not considered 
defects.

## Intellectual property

All content on this website — product images, text, logos, design 
— is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute 
it without our written permission.

## Use of the website

You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or systems
- Copy, scrape, or resell content without permission

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any 
claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for 
the item.

disputes may be brought in the English courts. UK consumers may 
also bring claims in their local court.
