# Return Policy

**You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund — for any reason.**

At Vitalo, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return — no awkward questions, no hidden fees, no fine print surprises.

## 30-day return window

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within **30 days of receiving your order**, for any reason. This applies to all products sold on vitalo.site.

This is longer than the UK statutory minimum (14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — we extend it to 30 days as our standard policy.

## Who can return

Any customer in the United Kingdom who purchased from vitalo.site. You do not need to give a reason. "Changed my mind" is a valid reason.

## What can be returned

✅ Unused items in original packaging  
✅ Items with all accessories, cables, and manuals included  
✅ Items in resellable condition  

❌ Items damaged by misuse or improper care  
❌ Items returned without original packaging  
❌ Items returned after the 30-day window without prior agreement

## How to start a return

1. **Email us at support@vitalo.site** within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your **order number** and a brief note about the return
3. We'll reply within **24 hours (Mon–Fri)** with your return address and instructions
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship it back using a **tracked service** (recommended)
6. Once received, we'll inspect and refund within **5 working days**

For change-of-mind returns, we recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

## Refund method and timing

- Refunds are issued to the **original payment method**
- Processed within **5 working days** of receiving your return
- Your bank may take an additional 2–5 working days to show the funds
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

**Total time from return shipped to money back in your account: typically 10–14 days.**

## 12-month product warranty

All products come with a **12-month warranty** against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your 30-day return window.

If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase:
- Email support@vitalo.site with your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll arrange a **free replacement or full refund** at no cost to you
- We cover all return shipping costs for warranty claims

## Your UK statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including:

- **Consumer Rights Act 2015** — your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described
- **Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013** — your 14-day statutory cooling-off right
