How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred product, add it to your cart, and proceed to secure checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?

I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes, we’d love to work with you. For bulk, hospitality, restaurant, or trade inquiries, please contact us directly at support@vitalo.site with details about your project, and we will get back to you with available options and pricing.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For UK orders, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping on selected UK orders and promotional campaigns. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our primary market is the United Kingdom, but we also offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.
My package says delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building reception first. If your package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will help investigate the issue.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to begin the return process.
How do I start a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Can I exchange an item for a different style or finish?
Yes, exchanges may be available depending on stock availability. Please contact our support team and we will help arrange the best solution for you.

Are your products high quality?
Yes. We carefully select premium-quality home products made with durable materials, refined finishes, and practical functionality to ensure long-lasting satisfaction.
Do product colors look accurate on screen?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
Do your products come with assembly instructions?
If assembly is required, clear instructions are included with the product. Most of our table lamps and décor items require minimal or no assembly.
An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Many popular items are restocked regularly. If a product is currently unavailable, feel free to contact us and we can provide an estimated restock timeframe.
