Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom with tracked delivery on every order. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order delivered.

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking update within 72 hours of your dispatch email, please contact support@vitalo.site.

International shipping

At this time we ship only within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to EU and international markets — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this launches.

Import duties and taxes

All prices displayed on our site include applicable UK VAT. There are no additional customs or import charges for UK customers.

Delivery problems

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@vitalo.site with your order number. We'll investigate with our courier and resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

Lost parcels: Orders are considered lost after 15 working days from dispatch. We'll either resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
